The campus’ various trade shops perform preventative maintenance and repair in our buildings and on our campus grounds. Their work is assigned through work orders and planned maintenance and repair.
Larger maintenance items that fall under “Minor Critical Maintenance Projects”, are funded by the capital budget, designed by campus staff and performed by outside contractors.
The process for requesting maintenance work remains unchanged. Work orders can be placed at the tab on the left and all other services relating to facilities operations, business services, grounds and custodial can be found here
