Facilities Construction & Maintenance

Joseph provides mechanical engineering services for the campus capital construction program.  Joe is involved with the MEP review of the schematic design, design development and construction documents provided by the architectural and engineering consultants. He insures that the project design meets the needs of the end users and is designed to meet applicable codes and standards. During the construction phase, Joe monitors the progress of the project, assists coordinating conflicts that may arise, and insures that the project is delivered as specified.

 Joe also provides mechanical design and coordination for in house campus capital projects and maintenance projects for campus services.  Joe is NYS Licensed Engineer.
