Michael provides mechanical engineering services for the campus capital construction program. Mike is involved with the mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection review of the schematic design, design development, and construction documents provided by the architectural and engineering consultants. He ensures that the project design meets the needs of the end users and is designed to meet applicable codes and standards. During the construction phase, Mike monitors the progress of the project, assists in coordinating solutions to conflicts that may arise, and ensures that the project is delivered as specified.
Mike also provides mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design and coordination for in house campus capital projects and maintenance projects for Campus Services.
