Facilities Construction & Maintenance

Sarah serves as the Facilities Planner for the campus.  She coordinates with the State University Construction Fund in developing the campus’ priority projects and allocating capital funds.   She updates the master plan as needed and is the campus representative when needed on outside projects that directly affect the campus.  She works on projects during the programming, concept design, and schematic design phases.  Sarah is also is responsible for working on facility and site projects that are funded outside the capital plan.  Sarah works closely with Steve Shaffer and is a NYS licensed architect.

Sarah is also in-charge of space management on campus.  Her responsibilities include: assignment of space, inventory of space, space standards, and space planning.
