This project will remove asbestos containing material on floors and ceilings on floors 5-10 of Tower 2. This is a make-ready project for for the full Tower 2 removation.
Tower 3 Window Replacement (floors 2-10)

Project cost: $1,380,000
This project will replace original windows in the student suites floors 2-10. This is a make-ready project for for the full Tower 3 removation that is scheduled to begin construction in summer 2018.
Moore Complex Kitchen/bathroom upgrades Phase 1

This project will renovate bathroom fixtures and solid surface countertops.
Tower 2, 3, and 4 Masonry Parapet Restoration

The project will reconstruct the original parapet walls at the roof level.
