Buffalo State College's college affiliate, BSCR Corporation, had been chosen as the designated developer for 166-170 Dart Street, the current site of the City of Buffalo Impound Lot.
Three developers have presented concepts and renderings for this exciting piece of Buffalo's Renaissance.
Note that the developer materials have incorporated concept proposals for both 166-170 Dart Street, as well as their broader vision for the area surrounding Dart Street. While we felt that this context was important to see as part of our public exhibition, we want to clarify that our Designated Developer Agreement status with the City and our RFP process pertains to the Dart Street parcel only.
