Two large, dark pipes, possibly cast iron, with rust-colored bands and various bolted connections, are shown against a backdrop of brick and other industrial piping.

Infrastructure projects

The campus continually has critical maintenance projects in design to maintain its facilities and infrastructure. The projects are less visible but are important to have our systems in proper working order for faculty, staff, and students. These types of projects could include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, underground utilities, and windows. The current projects in design include:

  • Replace Generators in Cleveland Hall, Moot Hall, and Donald Savage
  • Replace Select Roofs in Butler Library, Upton Hall, and Campbell Student Union
  • Replace Water Heaters in Various Buildings
  • Replace Data Wiring and Electrical Panels in Cleveland Hall
  • Rehabilitate the Greenhouse at SAMC
  • Replace Twin Rise Data Center Switchgear, Electrical Panels, and HVAC
