Any request of new space, change of assignment, or change of use of space must complete a Space Assignment Change Form.
Endeavors that require additional space should be addressed first within your department’s current space allocation. If space is not found to be available within your department, please complete a Space Assignment Change Form.
This request must be signed by a dean, associate vice president or vice president and submitted to the campus facilities planner for review. A demonstration of effective utilization of space currently assigned to your department may be required.
Space request forms should be submitted to Sarah Reid, Facilities Planner, Cleveland Hall 509.
