Perry Hall was built in 1957 and Neumann Hall in 1963, both include three stories, house mostly first-year students, and have a bed capacity of 200. Each building has had minimal renovations and is in need of significant upgrades. The purpose of this study is to create a list of projects with budgets for the campus to determine priorities and phasing of investments to address critical maintenance while balancing upgrades for students.
